What we collect

Website. Contact and calculator forms collect the details you type (name, email, business, volume). Analytics tools - Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and Meta Pixel - collect usage data via cookies to help us understand traffic and improve the site.

Extension & console. The extension reads invoice details (amount, customer, invoice number) from the software page you're viewing, only when you use it to take a payment, and transmits them to process and reconcile that payment. The console stores your account, merchant, transaction, and settlement records.

What we never collect

Full card numbers never touch Processor Freedom systems. Cards are tokenized directly in the payment processor's PCI-compliant vault; we store only the vault token, card brand, and last four digits.

How we use it

To provide the service (process, reconcile, and report payments), to respond when you contact us, and to improve the product. We do not sell personal information, and we don't share emails with processors or partners for their marketing.

Sharing

We share data with the service providers required to run the product - your chosen payment processor, hosting and infrastructure providers, form handling (Formspree), and the analytics tools above - each only what they need.

Retention & your rights

Transaction records are retained as required for financial and card-network compliance. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information (subject to those obligations) at justin.woodruff@wholesalepayments.com.
